Room rate
$113 (GSA FY2027 rate) plus 15% tax* and $2/night Cultural tax
* Individual attendees employed by the Federal Government must supply a completed tax exemption certificate upon check-in to have sales taxes removed from their guest room charges. Tax exempt status applies to sales tax only; other taxes may apply.
How to Book
Rooms may be booked until Friday, 13 November at 11:59 p.m. ET, or until they are sold out—whichever comes first.
The JANNAF rate may be applied for stays between 6 December and the night of 11 December (check-out 12 December). The hotel will also honor the rate for up to three days pre- and post-meeting, pending availability.
All rooms must be reserved via the JANNAF link below, or by calling 1-800-362-2779 and mentioning JANNAF.
Change/Cancel a Booking
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date in order to avoid being charged for one night's room and tax.
There are two options available if you need to change or cancel your hotel booking:
- Go to the reservation site link using the button above (option only available through 13 November).
- Call 1-800-362-2779, and provide your reservation confirmation number.
Parking
Upon check-in, notify that front desk that you'll be parking a car so that they can provide you with a discounted parking pass to display in your vehicle. Parking charges will be added to your room bill.
Overnight parking rates for JANNAF guests staying at the hotel are:
- Self-parking: $5 per night
- Valet parking: $22 per night
Dining
There are several dining options available within a 5-10 minute drive, which can be viewed on the Coliseum Central and Downtown and Phoebus restaurant lists. Dining options at Peninsula Town Center will also be accessible via the Hampton Scuttle Bus during lunch breaks. The hotel and convention center also offer the following dining options:
- Complimentary daily breakfast buffet and evening reception for those staying at hotel (included in room rate)
- Cyprus Grille and Bar - open daily for lunch and dinner
- Hampton Roads Convention Center - lunch available for purchase Monday through Friday
