Registration Pre-Requisite

As a pre-requisite to registering for JANNAF meetings, you must have a JANNAF Secure Portal account.

Registration Process

Registration is now OPEN. Registration for JANNAF meetings is a two-part process; to complete this process:
  1. Register for this meeting via the JANNAF Secure Portal. When registration opens in mid-October, a link will be provided on this page. Click on that link, log in, and complete the brief Registration Questionnaire.
  2. Pay the registration fee. A registration payment link will be provided on this page when registration opens in mid-October. You DO NOT need a JANNAF Secure Portal account to pay the registration fee.

*A discounted registration fee is offered for full time students, interns, and cooperative education students. Students must meet the Security/Attendance and Portal Account Requirements and present current student identification upon registration on-site.

Registration fee includes:

  • Attendance at all technical sessions, specialist sessions, workshops and panel meetings, unless restrictions are noted in the program;
  • Complimentary daily morning and afternoon coffee breaks;
  • Complimentary electronic access (via JDOC) to all published papers from this meeting. Papers will be accessible approximately 12 weeks after the meeting; additional information will be provided on-site. This is not available to student registrants.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before Monday, 28 November 2016 will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of $50.00. Cancellations made after Monday, 28 November 2016 will not be refunded. For the full Cancellation & Substitution policy, please see page 4 in the Meeting Invitation.


Onsite Registration / Check-in

The JANNAF Onsite Registration / Check-in desk will be located on the 2nd floor of the Hyatt Regency Phoenix Hotel in downtown Phoenix. Photo identification will be required upon registration. Registration will be held Monday, 5 December 2016 from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and Tuesday through Thursday, 6 - 8 December 2016, from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
