Registration Process

Registration is now OPEN. Registration for JANNAF meetings is a two-part process; to complete this process:
  1. Register for this meeting via the JANNAF Secure Portal. Click on the "REGISTER for the MAY meeting" link on the left side of this page, log in, and complete the brief Registration Questionnaire.
  2. Pay the registration fee. Click on the "PAY REGISTRATION FEE" link on the left side of this page. You DO NOT need a JANNAF Secure Portal account to pay the registration fee.

*A discounted registration fee is offered for full time students, interns, and cooperative education students. Students must meet the Security/Attendance and Portal Account Requirements and present current student identification upon registration on-site.

Meeting Registration fee includes:

  • Attendance at all technical sessions, specialist sessions, workshops and panel meetings, unless restrictions are noted in the program;
  • Complimentary daily morning and afternoon coffee breaks;
  • Complimentary copy of recent JANNAF Journal (this offer is not available to student registrants);
  • Complimentary electronic access (via JDOC) to all published papers from this meeting. Papers will be accessible approximately 12 weeks after the meeting; additional information will be provided on-site. This is not available to student registrants.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before Monday, 8 May 2017 will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of $50.00. Cancellations made after Monday, 8 May 2017 will not be refunded. For the full Cancellation & Substitution policy, please see page 5 in the Meeting Invitation.

Onsite Registration / Check-in

The JANNAF Onsite Registration / Check-in desk will be located on the Ballroom Level of The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center. Photo identification will be required upon registration. Registration will be held Monday, 22 May 2017 through Thursday, 25 May 2017, from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
