Registration at a Glance


Registration Pre-Requisite

As a pre-requisite to registering for JANNAF meetings, you must have a JANNAF Secure Portal account. (A Portal account is NOT needed to pay the registration fee)

Obtaining a JANNAF Secure Portal account does NOT constitute meeting registration. You must still complete the applicable steps indicated below.


Registration Form

Please complete the online Registration Form on or before
26 November
if at all possible so that we may prepare for your attendance. You will not be able to access the Registration Form until you have an active Portal account, so please be certain to apply for your account (if you don't already have one), or renew it if necessary, as soon as you know that you'll be attending the meeting. Waiting to apply or renew your account until December will likely delay your ability to register.


Registration Fee

Plan to pay the registration fee on or before Friday, 7 December 2018 to take advantage of the discounted pre-registration rate. The fee will increase by $150 on Saturday, 8 December 2018 to the on-site rate.

Anyone can pay the registration fee on your behalf; NO login is needed. Payment of the registration fee can be made at any time prior to the meeting; it is not necessary to wait until the Registration Form has been completed. Simply provide the registration payment link to the person paying for your registration.

Complete both your registration and payment by

*A discounted registration fee is offered for full time students, interns, and cooperative education students. Students must meet the Security/Attendance and Portal Account Requirements and present current student identification upon registration on-site.

Meeting Registration fee includes:

  • Attendance at all technical sessions, specialist sessions, workshops and panel meetings, unless restrictions are noted in the program;
  • Complimentary daily morning and afternoon coffee breaks;
  • Networking activities;
  • Complimentary copy of recent JANNAF Journal (this offer is not available to student registrants);
  • Complimentary electronic access (via JDOC) to all published papers from this meeting. Papers will be accessible approximately 12 weeks after the meeting; additional information will be provided on-site. This is not available to student registrants.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before Monday,26 November 2018 will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of $50.00. Cancellations made after Monday, 26 November 2018 will not be refunded. For the full Cancellation & Substitution policy, please see page 4 in the Meeting Invitation.


Onsite Registration / Check-in

The JANNAF Onsite Registration / Check-in desk will be located on the first floor of the Conference Center at the Hilton Vancouver Washington. Photo identification will be required upon registration. The desk will be open:

Monday, 10 December, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, 11 December, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, 12 December, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, 13 December, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Registration Helpful Tips

You must have a JANNAF Secure Portal Account in order to register, so you are encouraged to apply for your account now. More information is provided on the Security/Attendance and Portal Account Requirements page.
