Registration Pre-Requisite

As a pre-requisite to registering for JANNAF meetings, you must have a JANNAF Secure Portal account. (A Portal account is NOT needed to pay the registration fee).

IMPORTANT: Obtaining a JANNAF Secure Portal account does NOT constitute meeting registration.
You must still complete the applicable steps indicated below.

Registration Process

To register, all attendees must do the following:
  1. Click on the link to the left to REGISTER for the DECEMBER meeting.
  2. Log into your JANNAF Secure Portal account.
  3. Complete the online Registration Form.
    Completion of this online form is required for all attendees, and must be completed by the attendees.
    There is no financial commitment with this step.

Registration Fee

Payment of your registration fee may be completed independently of registering for the meeting. A discounted registration fee is available for those who complete the online registration form and pay the fee on or before 6 December 2019.

* A discounted registration fee is offered for full time students, interns, and cooperative education students. Students must meet the Security/Attendance and Portal Account Requirements and present current student identification upon registration on-site.

Meeting Registration fee includes:

  • Attendance at all technical sessions, specialist sessions, workshops, keynote and plenary sessions, and panel meetings, unless restrictions are noted in the program;
  • Complimentary daily morning and afternoon coffee breaks;
  • Complimentary copy of recent JANNAF Journal (this offer is not available to student registrants);
  • Complimentary electronic access (via JDOC) to all published papers from this meeting. Papers will be accessible approximately 12 weeks after the meeting; additional information will be provided on-site. This is not available to student registrants.

Cancellation Policy

Written (email) cancellations submitted on or before Monday, 25 November 2019 will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of $50.00. Cancellations made after Monday, 25 November 2019 will not be refunded. Substitutes are welcome as long as the request for substitution is from the original attendee; attendance eligibility is appropriately met by the substitute; and the original and substitute attendee are from the same organization to facilitate transfer of registration funds. Please contact Shelley Cohen ( to transfer or cancel your registration.

Onsite Registration / Check-in

The JANNAF Registration desk will be located on the second floor of the Hilton Tampa Downtown. Photo identification is required upon registration or check-in. The onsite registration / check-in desk will be open:

  • Monday, 9 December from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST
  • Tuesday, 10 December through Thursday, 12 December, from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST
