Registration at a Glance

Registration is now open. Allow at least three (3) business days for ERG to process your submitted online Meeting Registration Form. You will not have access to the secure location where DCS testing session links, virtual meeting session links, and other ITAR-restricted meeting information is stored until your registration form has been reviewed and processed. See below for more details.

If you do not currently have a JANNAF Secure Portal Account and/or you have never used DCS, you are strongly urged to complete the registration process much sooner.

Take advantage of the discounted Early registration fee by completing your registration, including payment, on or before Monday, 23 November. The Regular registration fee will go into effect for all registrations received after 23 November.

Registration Pre-Requisite

As a pre-requisite to registering for JANNAF meetings, you must have a JANNAF Secure Portal account. (A Portal account is NOT needed to pay the registration fee).

Obtaining a JANNAF Secure Portal account does NOT constitute meeting registration. You must still complete the applicable steps indicated below.


Registration Process

ALL ATTENDEES must do the following:

  1. Click on the link to the online Meeting Registration Form (left side of page).
  2. Log into your JANNAF Secure Portal account.
  3. Complete the online Meeting Registration Form.

    >> Completion of this online form is required for all attendees, and must be completed by the attendees. There is no financial commitment with this step.
    >> We strongly encourage early completion of the Meeting Registration Form in order to gain access to the DCS Testing Sessions offered the weeks of 16 November, 23 November, and 30 November. Participation in a DCS Testing Session will go a long way toward a better experience during the JANNAF virtual meeting.
    >> Complete your online Meeting Registration Form no later than three (3) business days prior to the first day you plan to attend virtual meeting sessions.
    >> Submit the online Meeting Registration Form and pay the registration fee on or before 23 November and qualify for the discounted Early registration fee.
    >> Both the online Meeting Registration Form and payment of the registration fee must be completed to have access to the Virtual Reading Room of submitted papers during the meeting. More information about the Virtual Reading Room will be provided on this page when registration opens. For more information about the Virtual Reading Room, click the link on the left side of the page.

Registration Fee

Payment of your registration fee may be completed independently of registering for the meeting. A discounted registration fee is available for those who register and pay the fee on or before 23 November 2020.

* A discounted registration fee is offered for full time students, interns, and cooperative education students. Students must meet the Security/Attendance and Portal Account Requirements and provide proof of full time student status upon request.

Meeting Registration fee includes:

  • Attendance at all technical sessions, specialist sessions, workshops, panel meetings, and town hall meetings, unless restrictions are noted in the program;
  • Participation in open networking discussions as time permits at the end of sessions;
  • Access to Virtual Reading Room (submitted papers) during dates of meeting (login required). Completion of both registration steps (online Meeting Registration Form and Registration Payment) required;
  • Complimentary digital access to recent JANNAF Journals via JDOC (not available to student registrants);
  • Complimentary electronic access (via JDOC) to all published papers and presentations from this meeting. Papers will be accessible approximately 12 weeks after the meeting; additional information will be provided (not available to student registrants).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before Monday, 23 November 2020 will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of $50.00. Cancellations made after Monday, 23 November 2020 will not be refunded.
