Security/Attendance and Portal Requirements

The overall security level of the meeting is UNCLASSIFIED.

All sessions will be held virtually using the Defense Collaboration Services (DCS) virtual platform. For more information, including Virtual Meeting Security Guidelines, visit the Virtual Platform/Technology page.

This virtual meeting has been structured for individual participation and the use of conference rooms or any other shared facility is strictly prohibited. Click HERE to review the security policy for JANNAF virtual meetings.

Portal Account holders: If you already have an account, return to the Registration Page and click on the "REGISTER for the DECEMBER meeting" link on the left side of the page, log into your Portal account, and complete the brief online Meeting Registration Form.

Security/Attendance Information

To qualify to attend this meeting, all attendees must be:

  • Employed by a DoD, DoE, or NASA facility, OR with a DoD, DoE, or NASA contractor facility eligible for receipt of militarily-critical technical data.
  • Invited U.S. citizens qualified to receive unclassified, limited-distribution information. No foreign nationals will be permitted to attend.
