The registration process includes one pre-requisite, and two steps. Each of these items must be completed in order to attend/participate in this meeting. They are listed below.

Cancellation Policy

Possess an Active JANNAF Secure Portal Account

An Active JANNAF Secure Portal Account is required in order to attend JANNAF meetings, and is a pre-requisite needed in order to complete Step 1 of the registration process. (A Portal account is NOT needed to pay the registration fee in Step 2).

  • If you currently have an active Portal account, proceed to Step 1 in the registration process.
  • If you do not have an account, your account is inactive/expired, or you have forgotten your password, click HERE. You will find more information about Security/Attendance and Portal Account Requirements, links and instructions to apply for or renew your Portal account, and guidance for forgotten passwords.
  • If you plan to register as a full-time student, there are qualifications you must meet in addition to completing the registration pre-requisites and instructions on this page. Click HERE to view these requirements.

Obtaining a JANNAF Secure Portal account does NOT constitute meeting registration. You must still complete the additional steps indicated below.


Complete the Meeting Registration Form

ALL ATTENDEES must do the following:

  1. Click the button below to go to the online Meeting Registration Form.

  2. Log into your JANNAF Secure Portal account.
  3. Complete the online Meeting Registration Form.

    >> Completion of this online form is required for all attendees, and must be completed by the attendee. There is no financial commitment with this step.
    >> We strongly encourage early completion of the Meeting Registration Form in order to gain access to the DoD Teams Testing Sessions offered the week of 29 November. Participation in a DoD Teams Testing Session will go a long way toward a better experience during the JANNAF virtual meeting.
    >> Complete your online Meeting Registration Form no later than three (3) business days prior to the first day you plan to attend virtual meeting sessions.
    >> Submit the online Meeting Registration Form and pay the registration fee on or before 22 November and qualify for the discounted Early registration fee.
    >> Both the online Meeting Registration Form and payment of the registration fee must be completed to have access to the Virtual Reading Room of submitted papers during the meeting. For more information about the Virtual Reading Room, click here.
    NOTE: Though dial-in participation is mentioned in the Meeting Registration Form, it is not supported for this December virtual JANNAF Meeting.

Once you have completed Step 1 of the registration process, allow at least three (3) business days for ERG to process your submitted online Meeting Registration Form. You will not have access to the secure location where virtual meeting session links, and other ITAR-restricted meeting information is stored until your registration form has been reviewed and processed.


Submit Registration Fee Payment

Payment of your registration fee may be completed independently of registering for the meeting. This step can be completed without an active JANNAF Secure Portal Account, and can be completed on your behalf. A discounted registration fee is available for those who register and pay the fee on or before 22 November 2021. * A discounted registration fee is offered for full time students, interns, and cooperative education students. Students must meet the Security/Attendance and Portal Account Requirements and Student Registration Requirements to qualify for this discount.

Meeting Registration fee includes:

  • Attendance at all technical sessions, specialist sessions, workshops, and panel meetings, unless restrictions are noted in the program;
  • Participation in open networking discussions as time permits at the end of sessions;
  • Access to Virtual Reading Room (submitted papers) during dates of meeting (login required). Completion of both registration steps (online Meeting Registration Form and Registration Payment) required;
  • Complimentary digital access to recent JANNAF Journals via JDOC (not available to student registrants);
  • Complimentary electronic access (via JDOC) to all published papers and presentations from this meeting. Publications will be accessible approximately 12 weeks after the meeting; additional information will be provided (not available to student registrants).

Cancellation Policy

Written (email) cancellations submitted on or before 22 November 2021 will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of $50.00. Cancellations made after 22 November 2021 will not be refunded. Substitutes are welcome as long as the request for substitution is from the original attendee; attendance eligibility is appropriately met by the substitute; and the original and substitute attendee are from the same organization to facilitate transfer of registration funds.
