Due to a resurgence of COVID-19 cases in many parts of the nation and the potential for reinstated restrictions on large group gatherings, the December 2021 JANNAF Meeting will be conducted virtually via the DoD-approved Microsoft Teams meeting platform.

This platform meets DoD security requirements for presentation and discussion of ITAR-restricted material (IL5 compliant), and has DoD-wide approvals and authorizations for configuration and use. Detailed information about the DoD-approved Microsoft Teams meeting platform - including technical specifications and participation guidelines - will be posted by Monday, 29 November.

NOTE: Dial-in participation by phone is NOT supported for this meeting. All attendees should plan to use their Chromium-based web browser (Microsoft Edge Chromium or Google Chrome) to open links for meeting sessions in order to participate. Success joining sessions using your Teams app cannot be guaranteed.

Since audio via phone is not an option, all presenters and Session Chairs should be sure to use a device with an internal microphone, or connect an external microphone to their device (for example, a headset or headphones with a microphone) to ensure that they can be heard during their presentation/session.
