Student Registration Information

Student registration applies to:

  • Full-time undergraduate or graduate students
  • and
  • Full-time interns and cooperative education students

In order to qualify, you must complete the requirements listed below in ADDITION to all other registration requirements outlined on the Security/Attendance Requirements and Registration Steps pages of this website.

Start Early: Meeting the requirements below, as well as the security requirements applicable to all attendees, can take several weeks to complete. Please begin this process early; allow yourself at least a month to complete all requirements.

Student Documentation Requirements

  • Full-Time Student Status
    You must provide proof that you are a full-time undergraduate, graduate, intern, or cooperative education student in good academic standing at the time of the meeting to be eligible for the discounted Full-Time Student Registration fee.

    Your proof must:
    • Be official documentation from your University that indicates the semester during which the meeting will occur;
    • Reflect the number of credit hours registered; and
    • Indicate the number of credit hours considered full-time by your University for the applicable semester and student type (i.e., undergraduate, graduate, etc.).
    This documentation will be requested as part of your registration process.

  • Export Compliance Briefing
    All University students planning to attend a JANNAF meeting must be Export Compliant. Your University Export Compliance Officer must send a certificate or an email to Mionna Sharp, ERG Administrative Coordinator-Security, confirming completion of this briefing, including the briefing date. Please submit this no later than 3 business days prior to attending the meeting. If you have not had an export compliance briefing, please contact the Export Compliance Officer at your University to arrange for and complete this required training.
