Hotel / Venue Information

The May 2023 meeting will be held at the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The hotel will serve as the location of all sleeping rooms for JANNAF attendees, as well.

Hotel

The JANNAF room block at the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown is now open for reservations. The Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown is conveniently located at the tip of Pittsburgh's "Golden Triangle" - the city's thriving downtown region - with scenic views of Point State Park, as well as the Monongahela, Allegheny, and Ohio rivers which converge there. Attendees will find the region very walkable, with a multitude of dining and entertainment options accessible within less than 15 minutes of walking. The hotel's address is 600 Commonwealth Place, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222.

JANNAF has negotiated a special discounted room rate with the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown for all attendees equal to the GSA FY2023 per diem rate of $124 per night plus tax (currently 14%).

A limited number of sleeping rooms have been arranged at this discounted rate.These rooms will be held until the extended cut-off date of 11:59 p.m. EDT on 19 May 2023, or until they sell out. Act quickly to make your reservation. Please note that the hotel only has rooms with two beds available as of Wednesday, 10 May.

• Each individual is responsible for their own reservation.
• If you need to cancel or change your reservation, be sure to do so no less than 48 hours prior to your date of arrival to avoid paying a penalty. You may cancel your reservation via the reservation link provided above or by phone.
• Federal government employees' reservations may be eligible for exemption from state and local occupancy taxes. The reservation must be paid for with a government issued credit card, OR, the individual attendee may provide a completed federal government tax exemption form (should be available from your organization) upon check-in at the hotel.

• Be sure to utilize the provided reservation link or phone number and group details to ensure you receive the JANNAF discounted rate and that JANNAF receives credit for your reservation.
