Registration

Registration for JANNAF meetings is a two-part process; to complete this process:
  1. Register for this meeting via the JANNAF Secure Portal. You must first log into your JANNAF Secure Portal account, or create an account if you do not have one. When creating an account, please allow sufficient time for this process as it may take several days to complete. Once logged in, complete the brief Registration Questionnaire.
  2. Pay the registration fee (see NOTE below).

NOTE: Payment of your registration fee may be completed independently of registering for the meeting. You do not need a JANNAF Secure Portal account to pay the registration fee. Important links for completing your meeting registration can be found on the left side of this page.


Portal Account holders: If you already have an account, click on the "Register for the December meeting" link on the left side of this page, log into your Portal account, and complete the brief registration questionnaire.

When you are ready to set up your Portal account, go to https://www.jannaf.org and click on "Create a new account" (top right corner of the screen). Please review the list of helpful hints, provided below, before creating a Portal account:

  • A list of the information you will need in order to complete the online form is provided at the top of the screen.
  • Please do not begin to complete the form until you have gathered all of the listed information; it is important that you complete the form in its entirety without abandoning it.
  • Once you have completed your portion of the online form, please allow sufficient time for this process as it may take several days for your account to be approved.
  • You will receive two email messages--one to verify your email address (simply click on the link in this email; no other action is required), and one to inform you when your account has been approved (click on the link in this email, then click on "login" to create and confirm your account password).

Registration Fee

  • Early registration fee paid EXTENDED through 4 December 2015: $900.00
  • As of 5 December 2015: $1050.00
  • Student Fee: $200
  • PSHS "Slow Cookoff Consortium" Workshop Only Fee (1.5 days) : $250
  • White Sands Test Facility Blast & Fragmentation Course Fee (2 days): $300

Meeting Registration fee includes:

  • Attendance at all technical sessions, specialist sessions, workshops and panel meetings, unless restrictions are noted in the program;
  • Complimentary daily morning and afternoon coffee breaks;
  • Complimentary electronic access (via JDOC) to all published papers from this meeting. Papers will be accessible approximately 12 weeks after the meeting; additional information will be provided on-site. This is not available to student registrants.

Security/Attendance Requirements & Procedure

The overall security level of the meeting is Unclassified. All sessions will be held at a hotel located in the selected city, to be announced.

Attendance:

Attendance is restricted to U.S. citizens qualified to receive unclassified, limited-distribution information. To qualify, the attendee must be employed by a U.S. Government facility, or with a U.S. Government contractor facility, or have a U.S. Government sponsor. No foreign nationals will be permitted to attend.

Onsite Registration / Check-in

The JANNAF Registration desk will be located on the first floor of the Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek. Photo identification is required upon registration or check-in. The desk will be open Monday, 7 December from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and Tuesday, 8 December through Thursday, 10 December from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
