We are pleased to announce that the 63rd JPM / PIB / 47th CS / 35th APS / 35th EPSS / 29th PSHS Joint Subcommittee Meeting has been sanctioned as a DoD-approved conference. For DoD participants, click here for the approval letter required for your DOD travel authorization. You may also access the letter on the homepage of the May Meeting website. Additionally, the Final Program is now be available on the homepage (under Downloads & Forms) with login to your JANNAF Secure Portal account.

IMPORTANT MUST READ INFO FOR DoD:
- There are many DoD slots still available to attend the May meeting.
- DoD components still interested in attending should coordinate attendance with NAVAIR POC Stuart Blashill (email@example.com or 760-939-7991).
- Rental cars should only be utilized if deemed the most cost effective means of transportation and specifically approved by the authorizing official.

The deadline to register at the discounted rate has been extended until Friday, 6 May at 11:59 p.m. EDT. The registration fee will increase by $150 as of midnight EDT on 7 May. The JANNAF discounted room blocks at the Newport News Marriott at City Center are now closed. If you are still in need of a hotel room, we have arranged for a limited number of rooms at a discounted rate for JANNAF attendees at a hotel located approximately three miles from the Marriott (shuttle transportation between the overflow hotel and the Marriott will be provided on a limited schedule for those without their own transportation). These rooms will be available for a limited time, so please do not delay. Please go to the Hotel page on the May meeting website. Follow the reservation instructions posted there to get the JANNAF discounted rate.
