To view the Preliminary Program, which includes detailed session agendas in addition to the information provided in the Meeting Invitation (as described above), you must have a JANNAF Secure Portal Account. Click on the link (Preliminary Program) to login or to create an account if you do not have one. When creating an account, please allow sufficient time for this process as it may take several days to complete.

Registration
Registration is now open for the August 2016 Liquid Propulsion Subcommittee (LPS) / Advanced Materials Panel (AMP) Additive Manufacturing for Propulsion Applications Technical Interchange Meeting. There is no registration fee to attend this TIM. However, all attendance requirements must still be met (see Security/Attendance Requirements on the Registration Page of the TIM website). Pre-registration is strongly recommended.
 
For registration information and links, please visit the Registration Page of the TIM website. Registration for the meeting does require a JANNAF Secure Portal account. Once you have your Portal account, be sure to complete the online Registration Questionnaire to complete your meeting registration. Simply click on "Register for the TIM" on the left side of the Registration Page, log into your Portal account, and complete the brief questionnaire. 
 
Tour of the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center: 
A bus tour of the Marshall Space Flight Center will be available on Monday, August 22, 2016, from 3-5pm, for the first 56 JANNAF Additive Manufacturing TIM attendees who register. The tour will visit the MSFC additive manufacturing lab, propulsion lab, and test area. 
 
The bus will pick up from the Visitor Center just outside Gate 9 at the Redstone Arsenal, and will depart at 3pm. Please send a response to George Fletcher (george.fletcher@nasa.gov) by August 9, 2016 if you are interested in participating in this bus tour, and indicate whether or not you have a Government Common Access Card (CAC). If you have a Government CAC, please arrive by 2:45pm. If you do not have a Government CAC, please arrive by 2:30pm for processing through security, and provide George with your First and Last Name, Company Name, Drivers License Number and State of Issue. You will also need to bring a valid government ID with you to the NASA gate, in order to get through security. Only people who have pre-registered will be allowed on the bus tour. 
 
Space is limited to 56 attendees. Please note that if you sign up for the tour you are making a commitment to attend a limited participation event. If you register for the tour and decide to decline your participation on the day of the event, you are denying another willing participant the opportunity to attend.
 
Order Continental Breakfast / Boxed Lunches
Attendees have the option of pre-ordering Continental Breakfast Tuesday-Thursday and/or a Box Lunch from the Jackson Center for the Tuesday and Wednesday sessions. Orders must be placed by Friday, 19 August 2016. Unfortunately the Jackson Center will not be able to accept orders after this date. Continental Breakfast (coffee, juice and assorted breakfast breads): $5 plus 9% tax ($5.45). Click here to place your continental breakfast order and pay online.
