The deadline to register at the discounted rate has been extended until Friday, 19 May at 11:59 p.m. EDT. The registration fee will increase by $150 as of 12:00 a.m. EDT on Saturday, 20 May. The JANNAF discounted room block at The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center is now closed. Rooms may still be available at the Westin but we cannot guarantee the room rate. To check availability and rates at The Westin, call (888) 627-8538.

 

Alternatively, if you are still in need of a hotel room, there may still be a small number of rooms in the JANNAF overflow room block at the Courtyard by Marriott Kansas City Downtown Convention Center. This brand new hotel is just a few blocks form the Westin with free transportation between the hotels via the Kansas City Streetcar. These rooms will only be available until they sell out; we cannot guarantee availability at this point. To reserve one of these discounted rooms if available, please click here.
