ABSTRACT DEADLINE EXTENDED
 

If you've been thinking about submitting an abstract for the 65th JPM / PIB / 12th MSS / 10th LPS / 9th SPS Joint Subcommittee Meeting, there's still time. You may not be aware that the deadline to submit abstracts for the May 2018 JANNAF meeting has been extended until Wednesday, 10 January 2018 in response to the many requests received, to allow more time to prepare abstracts and have them approved prior to submitting. If you have not yet begun to prepare your abstract, please don't delay as the approval process can often take longer than expected, particularly due to the holidays.

 
The Announcement and Call for Papers for the May 2018 meeting as well as the required Abstract Submittal Form (provided in both Adobe PDF and MS Word formats) can all be found on the meeting website (under Downloads & Forms) at https://www.jannaf.org/mtgs/2018May/pages/index.html. 

 
Instructions for submitting abstracts are provided within the Call for Papers (page 3) and in the Program section of the website at https://www.jannaf.org/mtgs/2018May/pages/program.html.

The Program Planning Committee will meet in late January, so please be sure that we receive your abstract by the Extended Deadline of 10 January 2018 in order for Committee members to have time to review abstracts prior to their meeting.
