Poster Information
The January 2026 JANNAF Meeting program includes a poster session to be held at the Spokane Convention Center.
If you are planning to submit an abstract for an LPS or SPS poster presentation, view the Call for Papers LPS/SPS Addendum for more information.
The following guidance applies to all accepted poster presentations.
Requirements
- In addition to ensuring a physical copy of your poster is present at the poster sessions, you are also responsible for:
- Providing a signed and completed JANNAF Publication Clearance Form for your poster no later than 19 December 2025.
- Providing a digital (pdf) copy of your poster no later than 9 January 2026.
This file is for JDOC publication. ERG will not print your poster on your behalf.
- Unlike presentations in standard technical sessions, papers are optional for poster presentations. Optional papers are due no later than 19 December 2025.
- Posters may not be marked at a more restrictive level than Unclassified and Distribution Statement C or CUI FEDCON.
- Poster creation is the responsibility of the author and is not available through JANNAF.
- An active JANNAF Portal Account is needed in order to submit a poster, paper, and Publication Clearance Form.
Session Details
When the meeting's Preliminary Program and Meeting Invitation are made available, this space will be updated to provide poster session details including location, poster set-up timeframe, session date and time, and poster removal timeframe.
Formatting
- Suggested size: 24 x 36 inches
Maximum size: 36 x 48 inches - Suggested material: foam board
- Orientation can be either landscape or portrait
- Additional formatting guidance will be available in the Poster Guidelines when they are made available.
Delivery Options
Presenters have three options for transporting posters to the meeting:
Print in Spokane
If your poster is approved for public release and you are able to print your poster through FedEx Office, the nearest FedEx Office Print & Ship location is a 3-minute walk from the convention center:

Shipping mounted posters is not advised due to the likelihood of damage in transit. Neither the hotel nor ERG is responsible for posters damaged during shipping.
Poster shipping instructions will vary based on the hotel at which you are staying. Detailed guidance will be included in the Poster Guidelines when they are made available.
Hand Carry
Paper posters can be hand carried to the meeting and pinned to a blank foam board (available by request only) for presentation.
