Click here to review the Meeting Invitation. This document provides general information about the meeting, meeting location, and a detailed daily schedule of technical and specialist sessions, workshops, meetings, networking activities, and more, being held during the five days of the meeting.
 
To view the Preliminary Program, which includes detailed session agendas, in addition to the Meeting Invitation (as described above), you must have a JANNAF Secure Portal Account. The Preliminary Program link can be used to login or to create an account if you do not have one, and information and guidelines for account creation can be found on the Security/Attendance and Portal Requirements page of the meeting website.
 
When creating or renewing an account, please allow sufficient time for this process as it may take several days to complete. Instructions for renewing your account or re-setting your account password can be found here. Interested attendees are strongly encouraged to obtain a JANNAF Secure Portal account now (registration pre-requisite) and complete the online registration form for the meeting. This step does not require travel or training office authorization as it does not include a financial commitment. Payment of the registration fee may be completed as soon as permitted.

Attention DoD
Based on current conference guidance and consultation with various service conference POCs, there is no longer a need for DoD meeting approval. U.S. Government organizations should follow their organization's internal guidance with respect to meeting attendance. Please note JANNAF functions are accomplished consistent with the approved JANNAF Charter (available on the June meeting website). Questions concerning this should be directed to the TEC Chair, Drew DeGeorge, at drew.degeorge@us.af.mil.
 
Registration and Hotel Reservations
Registration is now OPEN for the June 2019 meeting. Registration information and links can be found on the Registration Page of the June meeting website. You will need a Portal account to complete the required online Registration Form; however, a Portal account is NOT needed to pay the registration fee.
 
The Crowne Plaza Dayton is now accepting reservations in the JANNAF discounted room block!! For more information and a link directly to the JANNAF discounted room block, go to the Hotel Page of the June meeting website.
 
Important Information Regarding Classified Sessions
Classified Sessions will be held at the Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio. If you are interested in attending these Classified Sessions, there are additional steps that must be completed, which can be viewed at the JANNAF June 2019 Registration Page. These steps must be received by the appropriate parties absolutely no later than 13 May 2019, or you will not be permitted to attend these sessions per AFRL-WPAFB policy.
