For the June 2026 JANNAF Meeting, abstracts are being accepted for both Early Career and General posters.
If your abstract is accepted for presentation as a poster, the poster should elaborate on your abstract and the salient points you would like to make.
Posters may not be marked at a more restrictive level than Unclassified and Distribution Statement C or CUI FEDCON.
Unlike presentations in standard technical sessions, papers are optional for poster presentations.
In order to be considered an Early Career Professional, at least one of the following criteria must apply to you:
- A student
- Working in the field for less than five years
- Have obtained your Doctorate within the last five years
If you qualify as an Early Career Professional, you are encouraged to select Early Career Poster when submitting your poster abstract.
If you do not qualify as an Early Career Professional but wish to have your abstract considered for a poster presentation, please select General Poster when completing the online submission form.
Requirements
- In addition to ensuring a physical copy of your poster is present at the poster session, you are also responsible for:
- Providing a signed and completed JANNAF Publication Clearance Form for your poster no later than 1 May 2026.
- Providing a digital (pdf) copy of your poster no later than 15 May 2026.
This file is for JDOC publication. ERG will not print your poster on your behalf.
- Unlike presentations in standard technical sessions, papers are optional for poster presentations. Optional papers are due no later than 1 May 2026.
- Posters may not be marked at a more restrictive level than Unclassified and Distribution Statement C or CUI FEDCON.
- Poster creation is the responsibility of the author and is not available through JANNAF.
- An active JANNAF Portal Account is needed in order to submit a poster, paper, and Publication Clearance Form.
Poster Session Details
The poster session will be held on Tuesday, 2 June at the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown. Additional details are forthcoming.
Publication
- Poster presenters may opt to submit a paper to be published to the JANNAF Digital Online Collection (JDOC)
- JANNAF Publication Clearance Forms, as well as papers (if you choose to submit one), are due no later than Friday, 1 May
- You must have an active JANNAF Portal Account in order to submit your files
Guidance for preparation and delivery of posters will be provided on this page after acceptance decisions are distributed.
The deadline to submit abstracts for papers and posters for the upcoming June 2026 meeting is 5 December.
