JANNAF Updates - December 2019 & May 2020 Conferences

The discounted pre-registration rate is available until Friday, 6 December at 11:59 p.m. EST. The on-site registration fee, reflecting a $150 increase, will go into effect as of 12:00 a.m. EST on Saturday, 7 December. MAY 2020 MEETING
The Announcement and Call for Papers for the May 2020 meeting as well as the required Abstract Submittal Form (provided in both Adobe PDF and MS Word formats) can all be found on the meeting website (under Downloads & Forms) at https://www.jannaf.org/mtgs/2020May/pages/index.html.
Instructions for submitting abstracts are provided within the Call for Papers (page 4) and in the Program section of the website at https://www.jannaf.org/mtgs/2020May/pages/program.html.

DECEMBER 2019 MEETING
~ Updated Preliminary Program ~
An updated version of the Preliminary Program for the December meeting in Tampa has been uploaded to the meeting website. The Final Program will be available soon. Both the Preliminary Program and the Final Program (when available) are ITAR restricted with limited distribution (statement C) and require login to your JANNAF Secure Portal account. The meeting website can be found here.
~ Hotel Reservations ~
Friday, 22 November is the extended cutoff date to reserve your room at the Hilton Tampa Downtown at the discounted JANNAF rate. Rooms may sell out sooner. To reserve your room, reference the Location/Hotel page of the website for the reservation link and phone number.
~ Registration ~
Remember, obtaining a JANNAF Portal account does not mean you are registered for the December meeting. You must still log into your account to complete the brief online December meeting Registration form.

~ Abstract Deadline Reminder ~
If you've been thinking about submitting an abstract for the 67th JPM, PIB Meeting, and 46th SMBS / 42nd PEDCS / 33rd RNTS / 31st SEPS / 14th MSS Joint Subcommittee Meeting, scheduled for 18 – 22 May 2020 in Pittsburgh, PA, don't forget that the deadline to submit abstracts is Monday, 9 December 2019. This is just around the corner.
