Joint Army Navy NASA Air Force

A new charter has been signed for the continuation of the Joint Army-Navy-NASA-Air Force (JANNAF) Interagency Propulsion Committee.  The updated charter includes the provision of a Programmatic and Industrial Base Committee that will operate in tandem to what is now defined as the JANNAF Technical Executive Committee.
