The June 2026 JANNAF meeting will be held
Monday–Friday, 1–5 June 2026 at the
Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

The Call for Papers is now open!

JANNAF is organized into the Technical Committee and the Programmatic and Industrial Base Committee. The Call for Papers provides detail on which technical subcommittees are soliciting abstracts. If you are unsure of the most appropriate subcommittee or mission area to select for your work, feel free to contact us and we can help direct you to the right area.

Accepted papers will be published in the meeting proceedings within the JANNAF Digital Online Collection (JDOC) approximately 12 weeks after the meeting.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Cancellations received in writing (meetings@erg.jhu.edu) on or before Friday, 1 May will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of $75.00. Cancellations made after Friday, 1 May will not be refunded.

*Student Registration Fee Eligibility:

  • Full-time undergraduate or graduate students
  • Full-time interns and cooperative education students

Required Student Proof:

  • Official documentation from your University indicating the semester during which the meeting will occur; the number of credit hours registered; and the number of credit hours considered full-time by your University for the applicable semester and student type (i.e., undergraduate, graduate, etc.).

    We do not accept certificates from the National Student Clearinghouse unless the other required information listed above is also provided.

Hotel & Meeting Site

The Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania will serve as the location for all meeting sessions as well as lodging. Rooms will be available to reserve at an exclusive discounted JANNAF rate. Reservations will be accepted beginning in late March.

$138 (GSA FY2026 rate) plus 14% tax* 

*Federal government employees' reservations may be eligible for exemption from state and local occupancy taxes. The reservation must be paid for with a government-issued credit card, or the individual attendee may provide a completed federal government tax exemption form (obtained from your organization) upon check-in at the hotel.

The Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown is located across the street from Point State Park—the convergence point of the Three Rivers—and within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and entertainment options. Parking at the hotel is valet only, first-come, first-served for $43/night. Additional parking options will be provided when meeting registration opens.

 


 

Pittsburgh Travel

Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) is 17 miles from the hotel—approximately 30 minutes by car. The newly modernized airport is serviced by 13 airlines, which offer 130 nonstop flights daily to more than 50 U.S. destinations. 

Pittsburgh's 28X Airport Flyer bus costs $2.75 each way and departs PIT every 30 minutes for a route with 6 stops, including a downtown Pittsburgh stop that's an 8-minute walk from the hotel. Additionally, the Port Authority Trip Planner can help estimate cost and travel time throughout the city via Pittsburgh's Public Transit system (PIT is stop #4405 and the hotel is #4126).

Eight car rental companies have locations at PIT.

Taxi and rideshare services including Uber and Lyft are available at PIT and the surrounding area, and travel from PIT to the hotel is estimated at roughly $37-$52 for taxis or $40-$66 for rideshare .
