$138 (GSA FY2026 rate) plus 14% tax*
* Federal government employees' reservations may be eligible for exemption from state and local occupancy taxes. The reservation must be paid for with a government-issued credit card, or the individual attendee may provide a completed federal government tax exemption form (obtained from your organization) upon check-in at the hotel.
How to Book
Rooms may be booked until Friday, 8 May at 5 p.m. EDT, or until they are sold out—whichever comes first.
The JANNAF rate may be applied for stays between 31 May and the night of 4 June (check-out 5 June). The hotel will also honor the rate for up to three days pre- and post-meeting, pending availability.
All rooms must be reserved via the JANNAF link below, or by calling 1-888-407-9832 or 412-391-4600 and indicating you are attending the JANNAF meeting.
Change/Cancel a Booking
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date in order to avoid being charged for one night's room and tax.
There are three options available if you need to change or cancel your hotel booking:
- Go to the reservation site link using the button above (option only available through 8 May).
- Use the link provided in your confirmation email from the hotel.
- Call 1-888-407-9832.
Dining
There are several dining options within walking distance, which can be viewed in the downtown dining map, as well as several options within the hotel itself.
- 3 Rivers Restaurant - open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- 3 Rivers Lounge - open for lunch through late-night
- Ground Stop coffee shop - serves coffee, food, and other drink items - hours will be provided at a later date
