JANNAF June 2026 Meeting
The June 2026 JANNAF meeting will be held
Monday–Thursday, 1–4 June 2026 at the
Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
This meeting includes the:

- Programmatic and Industrial Base (PIB) Meeting
and - 50th Structures and Mechanical Behavior (SMBS)
- 46th Propellant and Explosives Development and Characterization (PEDCS)
- 35th Safety and Environmental Protection (SEPS)
- 20th Modeling and Simulation (MSS)
- 3rd High Temperature Material Applications (HTMAS)

Registration fees are determined by your employment type and the date you submit your payment.

2–15 May
Regular registration rates:
- $1200 government
- $1400 contractor
- $550 student*
After 15 May
Late registration rates:
- $1300 government
- $1500 contractor
- $600 student*
Be sure you have completed both steps of the registration process prior to your arrival at the on-site check-in desk. Use of your own device is required when registering during the on-site registration period.

*Student Registration Fee Eligibility:
- Full-time undergraduate or graduate students
- Full-time interns and cooperative education students
Required Proof:
Official documentation from your University indicating the semester during which the meeting will occur; the number of credit hours registered; and the number of credit hours considered full-time by your University for the applicable semester and student type (i.e., undergraduate, graduate, etc.).
We do not accept certificates from the National Student Clearinghouse unless the required information listed above is also provided.

Government Purchase Order
Completed Govt. P.O.s must be received by 1 May to qualify for early registration price, or 15 May to qualify for regular registration price.
Govt P.O.s will not be accepted for late registration payment.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Cancellations received in writing on or before Friday, 1 May will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of $75.00. Cancellations made after Friday, 1 May will not be refunded.
Substitutes are welcome as long as the request for substitution is from the original attendee, attendance eligibility is appropriately met by the substitute, and the original and substitute attendee are from the same organization.

$138 (GSA FY2026 rate) plus 14% tax*
*Federal government employees' reservations may be eligible for exemption from state and local occupancy taxes. The reservation must be paid for with a government-issued credit card, or the individual attendee may provide a completed federal government tax exemption form (obtained from your organization) upon check-in at the hotel.

Parking
Parking at the hotel is valet only, first-come, first-served, at the following rates:
- Overnight parking: $44/night, includes in/out privileges
- Day parking (not overnight): $34/visit, does not include in/out privileges
- Oversized vehicle overnight parking: $54/night, includes in/out privileges
