The Announcement and Call for Papers for the June 2021 meeting as well as the new Abstract Submittal Instructions can be found on the meeting website (under Downloads & Forms) at https://www.jannaf.org/mtgs/2021June/pages/index.html.
Significant changes have been made to the abstract submittal process, so it is crucial that you review the updated instructions in order to understand the new submittal procedure. Instructions for submitting abstracts are also provided within the Call for Papers (pages 3-4) and in the Program section of the website at https://www.jannaf.org/mtgs/2021June/pages/program.html. A JANNAF Secure Portal Account is NOT required to submit an abstract.

ABSTRACT DEADLINE EXTENDED
If you've been thinking about submitting an abstract for the 68th JPM, PIB Meeting, and 15th MSS / 12th LPS / 11th SPS Joint Subcommittee Meeting, there's still time. The deadline to submit abstracts for the June 2021 JANNAF meeting has been extended until Monday, 25 January 2021 in consideration of the holidays and in response to the many requests received, to allow more time to prepare abstracts and have them approved prior to submitting. If you have not yet begun to prepare your abstract, please don't delay as the approval process can often take longer than expected, especially with COVID-19-related limitations. If your abstract is ready to submit prior to the extended deadline, early submission would be appreciated so that the Planning Committee can begin the review process.
