The Final Program for the May meeting has been uploaded to the meeting website. The Final Program is limited distribution and requires login to your JANNAF Secure Portal account. The meeting website can be found here. 

 

Although the cutoff date for the JANNAF discounted rate at the Westin Kansas City at Crown Center has now passed, we have arranged for a small number of rooms at a discounted rate ($117/night plus tax) at a nearby Courtyard by Marriott, which is just a few blocks away from the Westin with free transportion between the hotels via the Kansas City Streetcar. These rooms will be available until Monday, 15 May, or until they sell out, whichever comes first. To reserve one of these discounted rooms, please click here. 

 

We fully anticipate receiving DoD approval for this meeting. However, it may be a few more days until official approval is received. If you are planning to attend the May meeting and are not yet registered, you are encouraged to register IMMEDIATELY to ensure that we are prepared for your participation and to prevent delays upon check-in at the meeting. 

 

Remember, registration requires a JANNAF Secure Portal account as a pre-requisite. You must log in to access the Registration Questionnaire. Go to the Registration page on the meeting website for links and instructions. Please DO NOT delay.

 

Registration payment for DoD personnel will not be expected until after meeting approval has been received and announced. The discounted early registration fee has been extended until Friday, 12 May at 11:59 p.m. EDT for all meeting attendees.
