ANNOUNCEMENT AND CALL FOR PAPERS
Meeting Dates: 4 - 8 December 2023
Salt Lake City, UT
The Announcement and Call for Papers is now available for the 52nd CS / 40th APS / 40th EPSS / 34th ESHS Joint Subcommittee Meeting and Programmatic and Industrial Base Meeting: https://www.jannaf.org/mtgs/2023Dec/pages/index.html.
Unclassified sessions will be held at a hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah, to be announced soon. Classified sessions will be conducted at the Draper Headquarters of the Utah National Guard in Draper, Utah.
Abstracts are due on or before Friday, 9 June 2023. All abstracts must be submitted electronically via the abstract submittal site. More information and instructions for submitting abstracts can be found in the Call for Papers (beginning on page 4) as well as on the December 2023 JANNAF Meeting website.
- A JANNAF Portal account is NOT needed to submit an abstract.
- Abstracts can no longer be submitted via email.
- All abstracts must be unclassified.
- The content of all abstracts must be distribution statement A or C, regardless of the eventual distribution statement of the paper/presentation.
