Dr. Heather F. Hayden, with Naval Surface Warfare Center-Indian Head Division in Indian Head, MD, is the Meeting Chair.

This meeting will be held Monday through Friday, 4 - 8 December 2023, at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. Classified sessions will be held at the Utah National Guard Headquarters in Draper, Utah. This facility is approximately a 20 minute shuttle bus ride from the hotel.
