MEETING REGISTRATION
Take Advantage of the Discounted Early Registration Rate
Complete both steps of the registration process on or before Friday, 18 November at 11:59 p.m. EST to pay the lowest registration rate. Go to https://www.jannaf.org/mtgs/2022Dec/pages/regsteps.html for instructions and links to the registration form and the payment site.
Remember, you must have an active JANNAF Portal account to access the required meeting registration form. An account is NOT needed to access the payment site. If you do not have an active Portal account, apply A.S.A.P. This registration pre-requisite should not be left to the last minute.
FINAL PROGRAM NOW AVAILABLE
The Final Program for the December meeting in Huntsville has been uploaded to the meeting website; this online version will be updated each Thursday afternoon between now and the start of the December meeting. The Final Program is ITAR restricted with limited distribution (statement C) and CUI markings. Login to your JANNAF Secure Portal account is required. The meeting website can be found here.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS DEADLINE APPROACHING
The Huntsville Marriott at the Space and Rocket Center still has rooms available.
Reserve your room in the applicable discounted room block a.s.a.p. The last day to make reservations at the JANNAF discounted rates is Monday, 14 November by 11:59 p.m. CST, unless rooms sell out sooner. Please go to the Hotel page of the December meeting website for the information and reservation links.
