MEETING REGISTRATION
Pre-registration deadline approaching
Complete both steps of the registration process on or before Friday, 17 November at 11:59 p.m. EST to attend the meeting . Go to https://www.jannaf.org/mtgs/2023Dec/pages/regsteps.html for instructions and links to the registration form and the payment site.
All registration steps required to attend Classified sessions (this includes the VAR or Security Clearance Certification form) must be completed by 17 November. More information is provided on the Info for Classified Attendance page. On-site registration for Classified sessions is not an option.
Remember, you must have an active JANNAF Portal account to access the required meeting registration form. An account is NOT needed to access the payment site. If you do not have an active Portal account, apply A.S.A.P. This registration pre-requisite should not be left to the last minute.
FINAL PROGRAM NOW AVAILABLE
The Final Program for the December meeting in Salt Lake City has been uploaded to the meeting website; this online version will be updated each Thursday afternoon between now and the start of the December meeting. The Final Program is ITAR restricted with limited distribution (statement C) and CUI markings. Login to your JANNAF Secure Portal account is required. The meeting website can be found here.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS UPDATE
The Hilton Salt Lake City Center is full or nearly full. If you have not reserved a room yet, please visit the Hotel page for up-to-date information about your options, which include two additional hotels near the Hilton. Reservation links directly to the JANNAF discounted block at each hotel are provided on that page. All hotels listed are offering the same discounted rate to JANNAF attendees of $139 plus tax until the indicated cut-off date or rooms sell out, whichever comes first.
