Important Info for Classified Session Attendees


Friday, 17 November is a critical date if you're planning to attend Classified sessions. By this date:

  • Pre-purchase optional lunch. See the menu options and more details HERE.
    • This is particularly important if you will be attending the morning and afternoon Classified sessions on Wednesday and/or Thursday. There is no transportation available to restaurants outside the gates and no dining facilities available on base.
    • For those attending only a morning Classified session, it may also be convenient to pre-purchase lunch and take it with you on the shuttle bus back to the hotel since you otherwise may not have enough time to get lunch prior to the start of afternoon unclassified sessions.
    • Similarly, if attending only the afternoon Classified session, you may wish to pre-purchase lunch and have it waiting for you when you arrive at the UTNG headquarters (it is suggested to take the earliest mid-day bus from the hotel to the UTNG HQ so you have sufficient time to eat prior to the afternoon session).
    • If you need to order/pay for lunch after your registration fee has already been paid, open the payment confirmation email you received (from meetings@erg.jhu.edu) and locate and copy the Confirmation Number. Then go to the Registration Payment site.
      1. Locate the turquoise "Pay Registration Fee" button and directly below it the "Already paid?" text link. Click on "Already paid?".
      2. Enter your email address and paste the confirmation number to log in to your payment record. This will take you to the Payment Confirmation page.
      3. At the bottom of the Payment Confirmation page, locate and click on the red "Modify Registration" button.
      4. Navigate to the Optional Items page where you will select your lunch(es).
      5. Continue to the payment page and enter the credit card you wish to use to pay the balance (value of your lunch order). Only that amount will be charged to the card entered.
      6. A registration modification email will be sent to you from meetings@erg.jhu.edu.

Transportation for Classified Sessions

Parking is NOT available for Classified session attendees at the UT National Guard Headquarters.

  • Shuttle busses have been scheduled to transport attendees between the hotel and the UTNG HQ facility. See the tentative schedule HERE.
  • Those attendees who are local or staying at a different hotel will need to board the shuttle bus at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center to get to the UTNG facility in Draper.
  • Only those who have pre-registered (by 17 November) to attend Classified sessions will be permitted to board the busses.
  • Be sure you have your JANNAF badge before arriving at the bus loading location. Please note the on-site Registration Desk hours at the bottom of the Registration Steps page.
  • It is important that you accurately indicate which Classified session(s) you will be attending so that we can arrange for the appropriate number of busses. Please review the agendas for Classified sessions in the Preliminary Program (login required) prior to completing the Meeting Registration Form. You will indicate which Classified session(s) you'll be attending when completing this form.
