Registration Steps

On-site Registration for the December meeting is now open.

  • If you need to register on-site, make sure you have an approved/active JANNAF Portal account prior to arrival to simplify your on-site process. You cannot attend without an approved and active account.
  • If you will be paying the registration fee on-site, please plan to use your own device.
  • Allow extra time to complete the on-site registration process.
  • It is now too late to register to attend classified sessions or to add optional lunches for classified attendance.

The registration process includes one pre-requisite (which should be completed now), and two steps (which can be completed once on-site registration has opened).

REGISTRATION PRE-REQUISITE
Possess an Active JANNAF Secure Portal Account

An Active JANNAF Secure Portal Account is required in order to attend JANNAF meetings, and is a pre-requisite needed in order to complete Step 1 of the registration process. (A Portal account is NOT needed to pay the registration fee in Step 2).

  • If you currently have an active Portal account, proceed to Step 1 in the registration process.
  • If you do not have an account, your account is inactive/expired, or you have forgotten your password, click HERE. You will find more information about Security/Attendance and Portal Account Requirements, links and instructions to apply for or renew your Portal account, and guidance for forgotten passwords.
  • All University participants (students and professors) must meet additional qualifications in addition to completing the registration pre-requisites and instructions on this page. Click HERE to view these requirements.

Obtaining a JANNAF Secure Portal account does NOT constitute meeting registration. You must still complete the additional steps indicated below.

STEP 1
Complete the Meeting Registration Form

ALL ATTENDEES must do the following:

  1. FIRST go to the JANNAF website and LOGIN to your JANNAF Portal account.
  2. Then RETURN to THIS page.
  3. Click the button below to go to the online Meeting Registration Form.

  4. Complete the online Meeting Registration Form.

    >> Completion of this online form is required for all attendees, and must be completed by the attendee. There is no financial commitment with this step.
    >> We strongly encourage early completion of the Meeting Registration Form.
    >> Submit the online Meeting Registration Form and pay the registration fee on or before Friday, 3 November and qualify for the discounted Early registration fee.
    >> Pre-registration (both the meeting registration form and registration payment) must be completed no later than Friday, 17 November. Thereafter, on-site registration will be required.
    >> To attend classified sessions, submit the required meeting registration form and additional documentation no later than Friday, 17 November. On-site registration to attend classified sessions is not an option.
    >> Both the online Meeting Registration Form and payment of the registration fee must be completed to have access papers in the virtual Reading Room during the meeting. For more information about the virtual and In-Person Reading Room options, click here.

STEP 1A
Additional actions to attend Classified sessions.

MUST BE COMPLETED NO LATER THAN 17 NOVEMBER 2023.
This deadline applies to all attendees, including authors, presenters, and session chairs.

If your required documentation is not received by 17 November 2023, you WILL NOT be permitted to attend the classified sessions. This applies to attendees as well as authors, presenters, and session chairs.

STEP 2
Submit Registration Fee Payment

Payment of your registration fee may be completed independently of registering for the meeting. This step does NOT require login, and can be completed on your behalf. A discounted registration fee is available for those who register and pay the fee on or before 3 November 2023. If you are paying the fee on behalf of others, be sure to review the Paying for Others instructions.

* A discounted registration fee is offered for full time students, interns, and cooperative education students. Students must meet the Security/Attendance and Portal Account Requirements and Student Registration Requirements to qualify for this discount.

Onsite Registration / Check-in

The JANNAF Registration desk will be located on the second floor of the Hilton Salt Lake City Center. Photo identification is required upon registration or check-in.

NOTE: IF ATTENDING ONE OR MORE CLASSIFIED SESSIONS AT UTAH NATIONAL GUARD HEADQUARTERS in Draper, UT, you must first obtain your JANNAF badge at the JANNAF Registration desk at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center. You will not be able to board the shuttle bus or enter the UTNG conference facility without your JANNAF badge.

The onsite registration / check-in desk will be open:

  • Sunday, 3 December from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • Monday, 4 December through Friday, 8 December from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

If you have not pre-registered by 17 November, on-site registration will be required (on-site registration for Classified sessions is not an option, however). Please Note: Registration fee payments on-site must be made using your own device.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before Friday, 3 November 2023 will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of $75.00. Cancellations made after Friday, 3 November 2023 will not be refunded.
