What to Do in Salt Lake City

Salt Lake City is a one-of-a-kind combination of metro and mountain — an urban oasis with a jaw-dropping alpine backyard. This city of over one million people rests in a valley at 4,330 feet above sea level. The majestic Wasatch Mountains surround the city and soar to a dramatic 11,000 feet.

The walkable downtown convention district features 200+ restaurants, cafes, brewpubs, and bars. There are also two large shopping malls nearby if you're looking for souvenirs or want to get some holiday shopping done in your free time. You might be able to take in some of the many cultural and historic attractions the city has to offer. Salt Lake City offers a myriad of things to do and signature experiences, whether after sessions have ended for the day, or if you opt to extend your time in town before or after the meeting.
