During the December JANNAF Meeting, there will be two Reading Room options for registered attendees to access pre-publication copies of unclassified papers with distribution statements A or C.
Be aware that a paper may not appear in either Reading Room if:
On-Site Reading Room
Visit the on-site reading room at the hotel during meeting hours to access papers when you have some free time. The on-site Reading Room will be open from Monday, 4 December through Friday, 8 December. The specific hours will be indicated in the Schedule-at-a-Glance, which will be included in the Meeting Invitation, Preliminary Program, and Final Program.
Virtual Reading Room
In addition to the on-site Reading Room, registered attendees will have the opportunity to read unclassified papers submitted for this meeting online via the Virtual Reading Room. This site will open at 9:00 a.m. MST on Monday, 4 December 2023, and close at approximately 12:00 p.m. MST on Friday, 8 December 2023. If interested in utilizing the Virtual Reading Room, attendees will need to bring their own device for access.
To access the Virtual Reading Room, attendees must also meet the following conditions:
Approximately 12 weeks after the meeting, all unclassified papers will be published to the JANNAF Digital Online Collection (JDOC). Only the meta-data will be published for papers with a distribution statement of B, D, or E, or that are classified. Fully registered meeting attendees will receive complimentary access to these files, and will be notified when they have been published. This benefit is not available to student registrants.
