The December 2024 meeting will be held at the Hilton Charlotte University Place in Charlotte, North Carolina. The hotel will serve as the location of all sleeping rooms for JANNAF attendees, as well.

Hotel
The Hilton Charlotte University Place is conveniently located at 8629 JM Keynes Drive, Charlotte, North Carolina 28262, 15 miles from the Charlotte/Douglas International Airport. Just steps from several dining options at the Shoppes at University Place, and a short walk to the Lynx Light Rail Blue Line, the hotel's University City neighborhood is both self-contained and an easy starting point to explore more of Charlotte. Additionally, The University of North Carolina at Charlotte is only a half mile away.JANNAF has negotiated a special discounted room rate with the Hilton Charlotte University Place for all attendees equal to the GSA FY2025 per diem rate. As this rate has not yet been announced, for reference, the GSA FY2024 per diem rate is $129 per night plus tax (currently 15.25%). This rate is for single or double occupancy.
The JANNAF discounted room block will open for reservations in approximately late September. Each individual is responsible for his/her own reservation. Your patronage of the official meeting hotel makes it possible for JANNAF to secure the space necessary for this event at a greatly reduced cost. The hotel not only offers discounted rates and the best networking opportunities, but staying in the group block helps JANNAF meet its obligation to the hotel, avoid penalties, and keep meeting registration prices down (general attendee registration fees have remained the same for the past 7 years).
