The December 2024 meeting will be held at the Hiton Charlotte University Place in Charlotte, North Carolina. The hotel will serve as the location of all sleeping rooms for JANNAF attendees, as well.
Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is 15 miles from the hotel (approximately a 20 minute drive depending on traffic). As the 7th busiest airport in the world, you can expect many options for flying to and from Charlotte. And 60% of the country is within a two-hour flight of Charlotte.
CLT offers nonstop air service to more than 140 domestic destinations and is home to eight major domestic airlines and 15 regional carriers.
The Hilton Charlotte University Place does not offer airport shuttle service.

Renting a car is not really necessary in Charlotte, given the short walk from the hotel to the dining and entertainment options at the Shoppes at University Place and easy access to many other parts of the city via the low-cost LYNX Blue Line light rail ($2.20 one way fare). However, if you do have a car, self-parking at the Hilton Charlotte University Place is complimentary. Valet parking is not available.
Upon arrival at the hotel, you will find yourself within walking distance of several dining and entertainments options, as well as the JW Clay Station on the LYNX Blue Line Light Rail, for when you want to explore more of Charlotte.
