Session Chair Guidelines
Even if you have chaired a session at a previous in-person JANNAF meeting, it is important that you familiarize yourself with the current Session Chair Guidelines. Policies and procedures have likely been updated. We also recommend visiting the Author Information section of this site to become familiar with the resources available for the authors in your session.
Registration and Registration Fee
All Session Chairs must register and pay the registration fee in order to attend the meeting.
Please visit the Registration section of this site for detailed information on the registration pre-requisite (JANNAF Secure Portal Account), registration steps, and important deadlines.
Take advantage of the discounted Early registration fee by completing BOTH your Meeting Registration Form and the online Registration Payment on or before 8 November 2024. Pre-registration closes on 22 November.
