Registration Steps

On-site Registration** for the May meeting is now open.

** You must use your own device to complete the registration steps prior to arriving at the JANNAF Check-in desk in Oklahoma City.

  • If you need to complete one or both registration steps, make sure you have an approved/active JANNAF Portal account prior to arriving to simplify your on-site check-in process. You cannot attend without an approved and active account.
  • Your own device must be used to complete any registration step.
  • Allow extra time upon arrival at the JANNAF Check-in desk so that we may verify your registration is complete. If you have not previously completed the meeting registration form, additional time is also needed to prepare your badge.
  • Your first stop will be the Registration Verification station.

The registration process includes one pre-requisite , and two steps (which can be completed once registration has opened).

REGISTRATION PRE-REQUISITE
Possess an Active JANNAF Secure Portal Account

An Active JANNAF Secure Portal Account is required in order to attend JANNAF meetings, and is a pre-requisite needed in order to complete Step 1 of the registration process. (A Portal account is NOT needed to pay the registration fee in Step 2).

  • If you currently have an active Portal account, proceed to Step 1 in the registration process.
  • If you do not have an account, your account is inactive/expired, or you have forgotten your password, click HERE. You will find more information about Security/Attendance and Portal Account Requirements, links and instructions to apply for or renew your Portal account, and guidance for forgotten passwords.
  • All University participants (students and professors) must meet additional qualifications in addition to completing the registration pre-requisites and instructions on this page. Click HERE to view these requirements.

Obtaining a JANNAF Secure Portal account does NOT constitute meeting registration. You must still complete the additional steps indicated below.

STEP 1
Complete the Meeting Registration Form

If you have not completed the meeting registration form, it must be completed before you arrive at the JANNAF Check-in desk in Oklahoma City. See below for On-site Check-in information.

ALL ATTENDEES must do the following:
  1. FIRST go to the JANNAF website and LOGIN to your JANNAF Portal account.
  2. Then RETURN to THIS page and click on the link to the online Meeting Registration Form
  3. Click the button below to go to the online Meeting Registration Form.

  4. Complete the online Meeting Registration Form before you arrive at the JANNAF Check-in desk in Oklahoma City.

    >> Completion of this online form is required for all attendees, and must be completed by the attendee.
    >> Both the online Meeting Registration Form and payment of the registration fee must be completed to access papers in the virtual Reading Room during the meeting. For more information about the virtual Reading Room, click here.

STEP 2
Submit Registration Fee Payment

Payment of your registration fee may be completed independently of registering for the meeting. This step does NOT require login, and can be completed on your behalf. If you are paying the fee on behalf of others, be sure to review the Paying for Others instructions.

If you have not completed the registration payment step, it must be completed before you arrive at the JANNAF Check-in desk in Oklahoma City. See below for On-site Check-in information.

* A discounted registration fee is offered for full time students, interns, and cooperative education students. Students must meet the Security/Attendance and Portal Account Requirements and Student Registration Requirements to qualify for this discount.

Onsite Check-in

The JANNAF On-Site Check-in Desk will be located on the second floor of the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown. Photo identification is required upon check-in.

The Onsite Check-in Desk will be open:

  • Monday, 6 May from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, 7 May through Thursday, 9 May from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

If you have not pre-registered by 19 April, on-site registration using your own device prior to arrival at the JANNAF Check-in desk will be required.
  • Please Note: Any registration step that has not been completed by the pre-registration deadline must be completed using your own device prior to arriving at the JANNAF On-site Check-in Desk. The registration form and payment sites will re-open beginning at 8:00 a.m. EDT on Sunday, 5 May.
  • If completing one or both registration step during the on-site registration period, your first stop upon arriving at the JANNAF on-site check-in desk will be the Registration Verifiation Station so that we may verify your registration is complete.

Cancellation Policy

Written (email) cancellations submitted on or before 5 April 2024 will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of $75.00. Cancellations made after 5 April 2024 will not be refunded.

Substitutes are welcome as long as the request for substitution is from the original attendee; attendance eligibility is appropriately met by the substitute (active JANNAF Portal account required); and the original and substitute attendee are from the same organization to facilitate transfer of registration funds.
