The May 2024 meeting will be held at the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The hotel will serve as the location of all sleeping rooms for JANNAF attendees, as well.
The Will Rogers World Airport is 10 miles/15 minutes from the hotel. The airport offers non-stop service via 7 domestic airlines to more than 20 destinations in the U.S., including west and east coast cities.
The Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown does not offer airport shuttle service.
Ground transportation costs are approximately $14-20 for a taxi or rideshare from the airport to the hotel. More information can be found on the airport's website. Rental cars are available at the airport, and self-parking at the garage adjacent to the hotel is discounted at $8/day for JANNAF attendees. Renting a car is not really necessary in Oklahoma City, given the walkability of the downtown area and easy access to many other parts of the city via the OKC Streetcar. However, if you do have a car, discounted self-parking for $8 per day has been arranged at the Century Parking Garage adjacent to the Sheraton hotel. Purchase parking passes from the Sheraton hotel front desk (one for each day you'll be parking there) for $8 per car per day for 24-hour access, based on availability. If you are staying at The Skirvin Hilton Hotel, self-parking is $29 per day. Spaces are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Hotel staff can offer alternative downtown parking information upon request.
